Tetra Pak launched the food and beverage industry’s first full-scale virtual Mirakl-powered marketplace in Davos last week. The new platform offers a new way of doing business. Customers have access to a vast variety of products that they need to run their plant, in a way that will make purchasing of products faster and simpler for producers, Tetra Pak announced.

The world’s leading food processing and packaging solutions company, Tetra Pak works with 5,000 manufacturing plants that produce a combined 190 billion consumer packages in every corner of the world. And now, they’re pioneering the marketplace model for food and beverage manufacturing.

The marketplace will host more than 300,000 spare parts and consumables from Tetra Pak, then add 200,000 products for maintenance, repair and operations from vetted sellers. Available 24/7, it will host several vendors selling products within Safety & Security, Industrial Supplies, Cleaning Solutions and other vital areas for F&B production.
